Job Description:
PMO Analyst / Project Coordinator
Rate: £30 per hour (Ltd or Umbrella)
Contract role until August 2028
This position will be supporting the delivery of a significant future vehicle program. The role will mainly involve coordinating, tracking and managing data; and ensuring that information is continuously updated so as to facilitate efficient communication and visibility of various work streams. Tasks will be varied, and the successful applicant will need a wide range of skills and ability to be flexible, adapting to fluctuating job.
Skills required:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Excellent personal organisation and ability to manage multiple complex tasks.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, networking with people from different backgrounds and nationalities.
* Ability to co-ordinate x-functional meetings, managing agendas, recording minutes and following up on tasks set.
* Good ability to understand and contribute to developing processes and work flows across multiple teams.
* Excellent ability to use spreadsheet tools like Microsoft Excel & SmartSheet, with capability to work with large and complex datasets. Knowledge of advanced data processing tools will be advantageous.
* Excellent ability to work with presentation tools like PowerPoint and productivity suites like Outlook.
* Ability to understand program timing plans and be able to work to set deadlines.
Skills Preferred:
* Aware of Vehicle Program timing requirements.
* Aware of product development process (automotive preferred)
* Excellent knowledge of advanced spreadsheet functions and data processing tools Access and equivalent platforms.
* Very good knowledge of working with MS Teams to collaborate with a large and geographically dispersed team.
* Ability to chase, follow-up, consolidate and present information from various parts of the project team.
Additional:
This role is hybrid during normal periods 3 days onsite (either Gaydon, Wellesbourne & Lighthorne– all within 10-miles of each other), depending on the stage of the project.
During vehicle build phases, presence will be needed on site full time.
