The Polisher will play a vital role in ensuring their solid surface products achieve a flawless, high-quality finish, aligning with the business’s reputation for excellence in some of the most renowned projects across the UK.
Working hours Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
Temp to perm opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
* Sand and polish solid surface materials to achieve specified finishes for a variety of high-profile projects.
* Inspect surfaces for imperfections and apply corrective techniques to ensure premium quality.
* Operate and maintain sanding and polishing tools and equipment.
* Collaborate with the fabrication team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
* Follow health and safety regulations, including PPE usage and safe handling of materials and equipment.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience in polishing or sanding (solid surface fabrication experience is highly desirable).
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality results.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
* Familiarity with power tools and machinery.
* Physical stamina for tasks such as sanding, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
