Polisher / Lathe Operator

We are currently recruiting for two experienced Polishers, or candidates with some experience operating a lathe, to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Polishing metal components to a high-quality finish
Operating lathe machines (where experience applies)
Preparing parts for polishing and finishing processes
Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Using hand tools and polishing equipment safely and effectively
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:

Previous experience in polishing or lathe operation (essential for experienced candidates)
Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
Good attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong time management and ability to meet production targets
Willingness to learn and develop new skill
