The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced Powder Coater to work in the Hadley Park area.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Pay Rate
£13.00 per hour (starting rate)
Increase to £14.00 per hour after a successful trial period
Working Hours
Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 15:30
Friday: 07:30 - 13:30
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning and blasting parts to ensure correct adhesion of powder coating
Masking or plugging holes and threads to protect specific areas from coating
Setting up and operating powder coating equipment (manual or automated spray guns, booths, and ovens)
Applying powder evenly and in line with thickness specifications
Selecting appropriate powders based on colour, texture, and performance requirements
Maintaining cleanliness of spray booths, spray guns, and associated equipment
Candidate Requirements
Previous powder coating experience is essential
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Able to lift and move metal parts
Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
