They offer a quality service to customers throughout the South East as well as global trade and have recently benefited from significant investment for an exciting period of growth.

As the Powder Coating Factory Operative you will:
Prepare products ready for coating.
Assist the sprayer.
Be hand blasting.
Quality check finished items.
Pack coated parts for transport.
Work around curing ovens and warm conditions throughout the year.
We are looking for a Powder Coating Factory Operative with:
Experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing or similar environment would be advantageous.
Ability to read internal paperwork.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Ability to work in a physically active manufacturing environment.
Record of stability and commitment in previous employment.
You will be joining a company who are investing significant time and effort into training new starters. They are particularly interested in candidates with a history of commitment and longevity in previous roles. This is not the easiest job in manufacturing , it can be warm, demanding and fast paced. In return you will receive a salary of £27,000 plus Pension, Regular overtime, 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and development opportunities.
