PPA Primary Cover Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated PPA Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in West Bromwich.This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled practitioner with strong curriculum knowledge and excellent classroom management to make a real impact across Key Stages 1 and 2. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching during teachers’ Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time, ensuring continuity, consistency and strong pupil progress across the school. Key Responsibilities * Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 * Demonstrate secure knowledge of the National Curriculum * Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning * Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment * Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners * Work collaboratively with class teachers and senior leaders * Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress effectively The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) * Proven experience teaching in UK primary schools * Strong curriculum knowledge across primary phases * Excellent classroom management skills * The ability to engage and inspire pupils of all abilities * A proactive, flexible and positive approach * Strong communication and organisational skills We Offer: * A supportive and collaborative staff team * Well-behaved, enthusiastic pupils * Opportunities for continued professional development * A positive and inclusive school environment
