Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute paid media strategies across Meta and Google Ads
* Build and optimise full-funnel campaigns (awareness → conversion)
* Conduct audience, keyword, and competitor research
* Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively
* Write high-performing ad copy and brief creative assets
* Set up and manage tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel)
* Monitor performance and continuously optimise campaigns
* Test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
* Identify growth opportunities and scale campaigns
Requirements
* 2+ years’ hands-on PPC experience
* Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
* Solid understanding of GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking
* Experience managing full-funnel campaigns
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
