Pre-School Assistant
About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early years education to help provide a nurturing and engaging environment for young children. You will support the pre-school team in delivering stimulating activities and ensuring children feel safe, happy, and encouraged to learn. Responsibilities * Support the delivery of engaging early years activities that promote children's learning and development. * Help maintain a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for all children. * Assist with daily routines including playtime, mealtimes, and personal care where required. * Encourage positive behaviour and support children's social and emotional development. * Work collaboratively with the pre-school team to ensure high-quality care and learning opportunities. About You * Has experience working with young children in a pre-school, nursery, or early years setting. * Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3) or has equivalent experience. * Is caring, patient, and passionate about supporting children in their early development. * Is reliable, punctual, and professional. * Works well as part of a team and is confident supporting children in a busy early years environment. Competitive salary - £24,795 full-time equivalent (Pro-Rata) Monday to Friday, term time only, including a 30-minute unpaid break.
