The Business
A well-established machinery manufacturer designing and building bespoke equipment for customers worldwide is looking to recruit a Press Brake Operator.
• Supplies bespoke machinery to over 30 countries across multiple industries

The Role of the Press Brake Operator
The Pres Brake Operator will be responsible for operating press brake and laser cutting machinery within a manufacturing environment, producing high-quality components to specification.
• Setting and operating CNC press brake machinery
• Operating laser cutting equipment
• Producing components to tight tolerances and quality standards
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
• Carrying out routine machine checks and basic maintenance
• Working closely with the production team to meet deadlines
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures
Requirements of the Press Brake Operator
• Experience setting, operating and programming press brake machinery
• Experience within a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Experience operating laser cutting equipment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Able to use measuring equipment such as verniers and gauges
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable with good timekeeping and a proactive attitude

Salary £30,000 to £34,000 depending on experience
