About the Role

A high-performing Tower Hamlets primary school is seeking an experienced Primary Class Teacher to take responsibility for a Year 6 class from April. This is a well-established cohort with strong routines and high academic expectations, supported by an experienced parallel team.

As the Primary Class Teacher, you will lead the class through the final phase of primary education, focusing on SATs preparation, confidence building, and smooth transition to secondary school. Planning is shared across the year group, and leadership support is strong and visible.

The Ideal Candidate

The school is keen to appoint a Primary Class Teacher who:

Holds QTS with solid upper KS2 experience

Is confident teaching Year 6 and preparing pupils for assessments
