What You’ll Be Doing:

Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum
Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
Adapting teaching to meet a range of learning needs
Supporting pupils with varying levels of ability, including those with additional needs
Working collaboratively with staff to support both academic progress and pupil wellbeing
Developing your teaching practice through hands-on classroom experience
We’re Looking For:

Trainee teachers on track to achieve QTS by September 2026
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
Confidence in managing a classroom (with support where needed)
Strong communication and organisational skills
A genuine commitment to inclusive education and supporting all learners
