Job Vacancy: School Cleaner (Primary School) Location: Runcorn Salary: £13.69 - £14ph  Start Date: [Date] About the Role We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our primary school team. You will help ensure our school is a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas Emptying bins and disposing of waste safely Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting Replenishing cleaning supplies such as soap and paper towels Following health and safety and COSHH guidelines Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to the caretaker or school office The Ideal Candidate Will Be dependable, punctual, and trustworthy Have good attention to detail Be able to work independently and as part of a team Have previous cleaning experience (desirable but not essential, as training will be provided) We Offer A friendly and supportive working environment Term-time working hours (where applicable) Training and equipment provided How to Apply For further information, please contact Mia on  or (phone number removed) All applicants will be contacted to discuss suitability and then invited to register with TeacherActive.
