The Role Will Involve:
Full teaching responsibilities including planning, assessment, and reporting
Delivering engaging and structured lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum

Working closely with support staff to ensure all pupils make progress
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold QTS and have experience teaching within Key Stage 1
Demonstrate strong knowledge of phonics (e.g. Read Write Inc., Little Wandle or similar)
Be confident in managing a class and setting clear expectations
Show a proactive and reflective approach to teaching
