Role: Primary Supply Teacher Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire Contract: Day-to-day, short-term and long-term positions available Start date: April 2026/ASAP Salary: £32,916 - £45,351 per annum (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications) About the role What if supply teaching felt more predictable and in your control? You’ll be well suited to this role if you can adapt confidently to new settings, build rapport with pupils from the start, demonstrate strong behaviour management with a steady presence, and deliver existing plans effectively while bringing your own approach. Whether your experience is in EYFS, Key Stage 1 or 2, your flexibility and professionalism will make a real difference in schools across the area. What you will need: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with recent experience working in a UK primary school setting * Confidence and flexibility to teach across EYFS/KS1 and/or KS2, with the ability to adapt quickly to different classrooms and age groups * A nurturing, calm and consistent teaching approach, enabling you to build rapport with pupils quickly and help them feel settled and supported * Strong classroom presence with effective behaviour management, rooted in positive reinforcement and clear expectations * The ability to confidently follow pre-set plans and schemes of work, while bringing your own energy, professionalism and creativity to the classroom * Clear, professional communication and a proactive, reliable attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively with school staff * A minimum of 6 weeks’ teaching experience in the UK * Excellent references and a genuine commitment to maintaining high standards in every school you represent We’re fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
