Primary Supply Teacher

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Primary Supply Teacher to work with schools in the Alum Rock area of Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher seeking flexible working arrangements, whether you are looking for occasional work or more regular placements. The successful candidate will be confident delivering lessons across the primary age range and able to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff. Key Responsibilities * Deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary national curriculum. * Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management. * Ensure pupils remain focused, motivated, and engaged in learning. * Follow school policies and provide feedback to the class teacher where required. * Create a positive and supportive learning environment. The Ideal Candidate Will Have * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. * Strong curriculum knowledge across the primary phase. * Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills. * The ability to adapt quickly to different school environments. * A flexible and proactive approach to teaching.
