Role Overview
Simply Education is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher for a Bicester primary school. This role involves full class responsibilities, including lesson planning, marking, assessments, and attending staff and after-school meetings. You'll deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 1 and 2, support pupils' academic and personal development, and contribute to a collaborative school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum
Plan, prepare, and mark work in line with school policies
Monitor pupil progress and maintain accurate records
Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN
Participate in staff meetings, parents' evenings, and after-school activities
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environmentSkills & Experience:
Qualified teacher (QTS preferred)
Experience teaching primary pupils across multiple year groups
Strong classroom management and organisational skills
Ability to plan, assess, and track pupil progress effectively
