Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
Working with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
Assisting with classroom activities and preparation
Supporting children's academic and social development
Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environmentRequirements:
Experience working with children in a school or similar setting is desirable
A patient, caring, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
