The Role: As a Primary Teaching Assistant in Ellesmere Port, you will: Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 Provide 1:1 or small group support where required Assist with classroom organisation and lesson delivery Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing Gain valuable experience within education and training settingsWe're Looking For: Experience working with children (school-based preferred) SEN experience desirable but not essential A proactive and patient approach Strong communication skills A genuine interest in developing within education and trainingWhy Work With Academics?
