Teaching Assistant (SEND) - Primary School Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire Start Date: After Easter | Long-Term, until Summer. Simply Education is currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support children with SEND in a welcoming primary school just north of Lincoln. This is a long-term opportunity starting after the Easter break, ideal for someone who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in children's lives and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential. The Role: Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND Assisting the class teacher with differentiated learning activities Supporting children with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties Helping to create a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Monitoring and recording pupil progressThe Ideal Candidate: Has previous experience working with children with SEND (school or similar setting) Is patient, adaptable, and empathetic Has strong communication and teamwork skills Holds a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential) Is committed to a long-term roleWhy Work with Simply Education?
