Principal Location: Sheffield Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Full time, permanent position We are currently working with a secondary school in the Sheffield area who are looking to recruit a Principal to be responsible for the leadership, internal organisation and management of the Academy. This is a permanent position, starting as soon as possible and working on a full time basis.   Key Responsibilities Formulating a strategy for the Academy Leadership of the staff as well as the students Liaising with parents / carers Implementing a balanced and broad curriculum Managing resources Taking responsibilty for the safeguarding of all children Upholding the ethos and values of the AcademyCandidate Requirements NPQH (desirable) Qualified to degree level PGCE (or equivelent) Qualified to teach in England Evidence of recent, relevent professional developmentSafeguarding Statement Provide Education is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
