We are seeking an experienced Lead / Principal Electronics Engineer to join a growing hardware engineering team working on the development of cutting-edge electronic products. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong engineer who enjoys combining hands-on electronic design with team leadership and strategic engineering decision-making.You will play a key role in delivering innovative new products from concept through to production, leading electronic design activities, guiding technical direction, and helping develop engineering capability across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and developing the electronics engineering function, ensuring capability, capacity and processes support business objectives.
Capturing and translating customer and stakeholder requirements into robust engineering solutions.
Defining system architectures and making key technical decisions throughout the product lifecycle.
Designing complex electronic systems including schematic capture, PCB layout and circuit development.
Producing and maintaining specifications, verification plans and compliance documentation.
Developing validation and production test strategies to ensure reliable, high-quality products.
Managing design verification, integration, qualification and EMC testing activities.
Supporting new product introduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
Conducting root cause analysis and resolving complex design and production issues.
Collaborating with customers, suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams.
Managing external engineering partners and subcontractors. Researching and implementing emerging technologies to improve product performance and reduce costs.What We're Looking For

Essential Experience:

10+ years' experience in electronics design and development.

Proven experience leading engineering teams or delivering business-critical projects.

Strong experience designing complex electronic systems integrated with mechanical and software elements.

Experience with:

BLDC motor drive circuits
Brushless motor systems
High-speed digital design
Analogue signal conditioning
Power supplies and protection circuitry
Video signal processing
Sensor interfaces (optical, magnetic, temperature)What's In It For You?
