The employer is a well-established organisation within the financial services industry. They are looking for someone who has both the strategic and hands on procurement programme experience who is confident leading & managing a number of complex programmes.
Description
As Procurement Programme Lead, duties will include, however, not be limited to:
Lead large-scale programmes and oversee multiple initiatives running in parallel
Run and manage multiple RFP's
Negotiate large technology contracts and manage commercial discussions
Track programme benefits, timelines, budgets, and milestones
Provide weekly reporting to the programme steering group on progress, risks, and achievements
Work closely with finance to ensure alignment to budgets and benefit delivery
Maintain strong governance through weekly meetings with senior stakeholders to track risks, mitigation, and contract exit options.
Profile
A successful Procurement Programme Lead should have:
A strong background in procurement and supply chain management.
Experience managing complex procurement programmes within the financial services industry.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
A results-oriented approach and the ability to meet organisational goals.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in procurement.
Job Offer
Competitive salary ranging from £90,000 to £100,000 per annum.
