Our client is seeking a diligent Contract Product Auditor to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting incoming, outgoing, and in-process products against customer specifications and internal standards to ensure the highest level of quality. Your tasks will include performing detailed inspections based on technical drawings, operating precision measuring instruments, and assisting in root cause analysis alongside the Quality and Engineering teams. The successful candidate will verify that masking and de-masking procedures are correctly followed, complete Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMRs), and contribute to maintaining compliance with manufacturing standards. This role requires attentiveness, manual dexterity, and the ability to interpret engineering documentation accurately, with a focus on continuous quality improvement within a fast-paced environment. * Previous experience as an Auditor or in quality inspection within an engineering or manufacturing setting * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and wiring diagrams * Experienced in operating measurement tools and performing precise inspections * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for root cause analysis * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel * High school diploma or equivalent qualification * Manual dexterity and keen visual acuity, including colour vision * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, adhering to safety and quality standards * Hours are 7.00 am to 3.00 pm or 8.00 am to 4.00 pm * Paying £13.21 per hour Joining our client's team offers you the opportunity to work in a reputable engineering environment committed to quality excellence.
