Here is the role for you! In this position for a long established and well known organisation you will be provided the training and development you will need to get off the tools. Instead of your regular day to day you will have the chance to support plumbers and professionals in the industry, manage your own day and support the company's development. Training & Development This role is built around proper onboarding and technical development. You'll go through a comprehensive induction and structured training programme, gaining in-depth knowledge across the full product range and developing the confidence to present, demonstrate, and train others effectively. You'll work closely with the Technical & Training Manager and collaborate with sales, technical, design, and quality teams, ensuring you're fully equipped to represent the brand at the highest level. This isn't just a field-based role, it's a chance to position yourself as a recognised technical specialist within the industry. Responsibilities: Once trained, you'll be trusted to manage your own nationwide diary. This is a highly autonomous position where you'll take ownership of: Deliver product demonstrations Running informal training sessions and toolbox talks Supporting sales teams with technical input Acting as a key technical contact for product-related queries Building strong relationshipsYou'll be the face of the brand.
