Senior Product Designer

Fully on-site role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing Product & Design team.

You'll take ownership of the design of a key product area, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers and other teams to create simple, user-friendly digital experiences.

What you'll be doing

Lead the design process from research and ideas through to final delivery
Create wireframes, prototypes and UI designs using Figma
Carry out user research and usability testing
Use customer feedback and data to improve products
Work closely with Product and Engineering teams
Help shape product roadmaps and new features
Make sure designs are accessible and easy to use
Contribute to and improve our design system
Support and mentor other designers
Explore how AI can be used to improve the customer experience

What we're looking for

Strong experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer
Excellent UI and visual design skills
Strong experience with Figma
Experience with user research and usability testing
Good understanding of accessibility and WCAG
Experience working in an agile, cross-functional team
Comfortable using data and customer insight to make design decisions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience mentoring other designers
A good understanding of how digital products are built
An interest in AI and emerging technology
