Product Manager

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a Product Manager on behalf of our client in Chesterfield. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a market leading business with an international presence that continues to grow. Reporting to the Marketing Director youll manage the full product lifecycle-developing launching and optimising products in line with strategy budgets and timelines. Key Responsibilities: * Lead product launches from concept to completion * Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform product strategy * Develop NPD plans with clear brand positioning * Support with brochures packaging and POS material * Manage post-launch reviews and range improvements * Provide product briefs training and demos * Monitor margins pricing and product performance * Handle sample coordination QC issues and NAV/web updates * Oversee range rationalisation and bespoke product development Requirements * Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills * Excellent project management and communication skills * Experience in a similar product management role * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ideally NAV
