Key Responsibilities * Importing Bill of Materials (BOM) from Excel spreadsheet to ERP system, accurately and on time * Preparing reports for customers and internal departments * Arranging transport with customers and suppliers * Raising delivery notes and sales invoices * Working closely with other departments, eg Purchasing, Estimating, Production * Other general admin when required, including recruitment Person Specification * Experience of ERP systems * Engineering/Technical/Manufacturing background * Flexible – able to implement change and suggest areas of improvement * Fully conversant with MS Office, particularly Excel. * Honest, reliable and punctual Package * Salary: Competitive * Hours: Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4pm Friday 7:30am to 12.30pm * Pension: 3% Company contribution * 25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays * Cycle to Work Scheme * Radius Allowance payable based on commute to work miles * Death in Service Insurance * Income Protection Insurance
