Production & Quality Manager

Production & Quality Manager Location: Gloucester Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm Salary: £65,000 + Benefits We are seeking an experienced Production & Quality Manager to lead production quality control and testing operations across our pump manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with ISO 9001 and LPCB certification requirements. You will oversee quality, inspection, testing, and release of products. Key Responsibilities Lead production quality control in line with ISO 9001 standards Ensure LPCB compliance Manage and develop the Test Department Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections Maintain full traceability and audit-ready documentation Control non-conformance and lead root cause investigations Ensure 100% calibration compliance of test and measurement equipment Support internal and external audits About You Degree / HNC / HND in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering Experience in ISO 9001 manufacturing environments Strong knowledge of quality control, calibration systems, and root cause analysis Proven team leadership experience Engineering experience preferred Success Will Be Measured By Successful ISO 9001 & LPCB audits Improved first-time test pass rates Reduction in non-conformances and rework High product reliability and reduced customer complaints
