The successful candidate will work closely with design, production, and quality teams, acting as a key problem-solver and project lead. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive on technical challenges, continuous improvement, and delivering precision-engineered solutions. Key responsibilities: Design manufacturing processes and tooling to produce high-quality components Collaborate with design teams to ensure products are manufacturable and meet customer specifications Lead technical projects, including development timelines, cost analysis, and feasibility studies Act as a technical point of contact for internal teams on engineering challenges Drive process improvement and cost reduction initiatives Optimise manufacturing workflows to reduce scrap, labour time, and material use Support product validation and compliance checks Ensure full compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and quality policiesThis is what you'll need: Proven experience as a Process Engineer or Production Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
