After training (permanent shift):
18:00 - 03:00 | £15.34 per hour
About the Role
Our valued client, a well-established and growing food manufacturing business based in Hull, is seeking an experienced Production Line Leader to join their team.
This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced production environment, where you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, high product quality, and strong team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team on the production line
Ensure daily production targets and KPIs are achieved
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality
Monitor line efficiency and minimise downtime
Ensure compliance with all health & safety procedures
Support onboarding, training, and development of team members
Work collaboratively with internal departments including QA and Engineering
About You
Previous experience in a Production Line Leader / Supervisor role
Experience within food manufacturing is highly desirable
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Flexible and reliable, with a proactive approach
