Vibe Recruit are partnering with a leading engineering manufacturer to recruit an experienced Production Manager for their growing operation based at their site in Gloucester.
This is a key leadership role. As a Production Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all production departments within a complex manufacturing environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations while delivering on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all production areas to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
Plan and coordinate production activities in line with project requirements
Drive continuous improvement, productivity, and cost reduction initiatives
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications
Manage, develop, and support team leaders and production staff
Work cross-functionally with projects, purchasing, and QHSE teamsAbout You
Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing or equivalent experience
Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of fabrication, machining, and materials
Experience within regulated industries (e.g. petrochemical) desirable
Proactive, solutions-focused, and strong communicatorWhat's on Offer

Monday-Thursday 07:30-16:00, Friday early finish
