Production operative Days

Meridian Business Support is looking for a Production Operative to join our prestigious client based in Swadlincote. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an evolving manufacturing environment. The Role: The ideal candidate will play a key part in the production process, starting with hand-made clay fabrication and developing into a multi-skilled operator role. Key responsibilities include: Handcrafting clay products to required specifications Producing terracotta and drainage components for construction use Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency Working safely and efficiently within a production environmentAs your skills develop, you will: Receive training to produce your own components using machinery Collaborate with our Continuous Improvement Manager to help refine and enhance production processesWhat We’re Looking For A strong work ethic and willingness to learn Practical, hands-on approach to work Good attention to detail and quality Ability to work as part of a team Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essentialWhat We Offer Rate of pay - £13.07 Stable Monday to Friday shift pattern working 6am - 2pm Training and development opportunities The chance to grow into a skilled, multi-functional role A supportive team environment focused on continuous improvementIf you’re looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing and develop valuable skills in a specialist industry, we’d love to hear from you
