Production Operatives - Immediate start. We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a growing team based in Ballymena, Co. Antrim. In this role, you will help manufacture precast concrete products used in construction projects across the UK and Ireland. You will be working as part of a team on a production line, following daily plans and ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. This role is a temp to perm position after 12 weeks. What You'll Be Doing Your day-to-day tasks will include: Preparing moulds ready for production Pouring and handling concrete Producing items in line with daily targets Following clear instructions from your Team Leader Keeping your work area clean and safe Completing basic paperwork such as timesheets Working closely with your team to get the job done efficiently Following all health and safety rules at all timesYou may also be asked to work in different areas of the production department depending on business needs. What the Client is Looking For Reliable and hardworking - someone who turns up on time and gets stuck in Hands-on - comfortable with physical work in a production or factory environment Team-focused - able to work well with others and communicate clearly Flexible - willing to work different shifts or move between tasks when needed Safety-conscious - understands the importance of working safelyRequirements (Essential Criteria) Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, agriculture, or a similar hands-on role. Basic understanding of health & safety in the workplace. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to clean and maintain your work area. Flexibility with working hours. Ability to understand written and spoken English.Working hours: Monday-Friday(40 hours), 5:00am-14:00pm or 6:00am-15:00pm.
