Production Operative

Our manufacturing client is seeking a Production Operative to join their Twilight Shift team in Swanwick. This role is ideal for someone reliable, hands‑on, and keen to build skills within electronic assembly. Full training is provided. Key Responsibilities * Operate production and soldering equipment (training provided) * Carry out hand soldering tasks * Follow work instructions and meet quality standards * Perform basic checks and report issues * Maintain a clean, safe workspace * Work effectively within the team What We’re Looking For * Interest in hands‑on or technical work * Good attention to detail * Able to follow instructions accurately * PC literate * Not colour blind (role requirement) Pay: £15.12/hr Hours: Mon–Thu, 14:30–Midnight (36 hrs) Contract: Temp - Perm If this fantastic opportunity could be of interest please apply and we will be in touch
