We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to work in a busy vegetable processing factory based in Boston. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment with consistent hours and competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working on production lines handling fresh vegetables
* Sorting, packing, and preparing products for distribution
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Following food safety and health & safety procedures
* Supporting general factory duties as required
Shift Pattern:
* Rotating 8-hour shifts:
* 6:00am – 2:00pm
* 2:00pm – 10:00pm
* 10:00pm – 6:00am
Pay & Benefits:
* Pay rate: £13.00 – £13.55 per hour
* Paid breaks
* Regular, ongoing work
* Opportunity for long-term positions
Requirements:
* Previous production or factory experience is beneficial but not essential
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable and punctual
