Production Operative

Production Operative Location: Clacton-on-Sea Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour Pin Point Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Operative on behalf of our client based in Hatfield. This is a great opportunity to join a busy production environment where you will be involved in manufacturing, blending, packing, and supporting the wider production team. Key Responsibilities * Working in production lifting and packing finished products. * Accurately picking and weighing raw materials for production. * Blending products using ribbon and cone blenders and preparing sauces in line with work instructions. * Packing and weighing blended products in various packaging formats. * Completing all production and quality paperwork accurately. * Labelling bags and boxes correctly for storage and dispatch. * Operating machinery and equipment as required. * Carrying out a variety of cleaning duties to maintain hygiene standards. * Ensuring compliance with company hygiene policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Maintaining high standards of food quality and food safety. * Working safely at all times, following Health & Safety procedures. * Supporting the production team and maintaining a respectful working environment. * Driving the company van when required. * Operating a forklift to move materials and products safely around the facility. Requirements * Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or food production environment preferred. * Ability to follow instructions and complete production paperwork. * Good attention to detail when weighing and packing products. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Strong work ethic and reliability. * Supportive team environment If you are interested in this position, please apply with your CV and a member of the Pin Point Recruitment team will be in touch
