Working Hours
Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern:
* Week 1: 06:00 – 14:00
* Week 2: 13:45 – 22:00
Role Overview
365 People Ltd are seeking a Production Operative to join its team. This is a hands-on role combining manufacturing and warehouse duties within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating machinery including laser cutters, CNC machines, and UV printers
* Picking, packing, and dispatching orders
* Working with acrylic and perspex materials
* Meeting daily production targets
* Carrying out general warehouse and housekeeping duties
Requirements
* Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong reliability and attendance
* Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
