About the Role
We are currently recruiting for reliable Production Operatives to join a market leading manufacturing business.
This is a hands-on role combining machine operation and manual duties, supporting the production process by cutting, assembling, and preparing products to specification. You will be working as part of a team to ensure production runs efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating CNC and other production machinery
* Cutting materials to required sizes using machinery
* Assembling products accurately to job specifications
* Packing, shrink-wrapping, and preparing goods for dispatch
* Moving materials around the production area
* Maintaining quality standards at all times
* Following all health & safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly
* Comfortable working with machinery and learning new processes
* Good attention to detail
* Physically capable of manual handling duties
* Reliable, punctual, and a team player
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* looking for long term on going work
