Production Operative

Location: Cambridge CB23 Duration: Temporary, 3 months initially, may extend or go permanent for the right candidate Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm (Monday to Friday) Salary: £13.23ph Job Reference: 36060 We are looking for a Production Operative to join the manufacturing team of a company just outside Cambridge. You will take on responsibility for electromechanical assembly, programming and production test through to packing of finished goods. Responsibilities: * Assembly of electromechanical products * Application of simple test programmes * Packing of finished items Requirements: * A good level of dexterity will be required to carry out required tasks * You should be able to use computer-based systems such as Microsoft Office e-mail and manufacturing-based labour & fault logging systems * Previous experience working in a medium volume electromechanical manufacturing environment is advantageous * Ability to read and interpret information and specifications * Commitment to ensure required quality levels are achieved Please contact us as soon as possible for more details or apply below
