Pay Rate
£12.71 per hour
Working Hours
This position operates on a rotating shift pattern of 39 hours per week:
Week 1
*
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
*
Friday: 5:00am – 12:00pm
Week 2
*
Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
*
Friday: 12:00pm – 7:00pm
Overtime Rates
*
Saturday (6:00am – 12:00pm): Time and a Half
*
Sunday (6:00am – 12:00pm): Double Time
Key Responsibilities
*
Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, hygiene, and housekeeping.
*
Follow instructions detailed on specification sheets.
*
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure materials are available for production.
*
Support the production crew with efficient job set-ups.
*
Stack and dispatch pallets to a high standard suitable for palletisation.
*
Carry out cleaning duties and basic maintenance tasks.
*
Identify opportunities to improve manual handling processes.
*
Report mechanical issues promptly to the Machine Operator.
*
Use resources efficiently to minimise waste and reduce costs.
*
Assist in resolving quality and operational issues.
*
Contribute ideas to improve productivity, service levels, and cost efficiency.
*
Maintain a positive and proactive attitude at all times.
What We're Looking For

Previous production experience is essential.
*
Strong attention to detail.
*
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
*
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
*
A team player with a positive attitude.
Please note: Due to the location of the site, own transport is essential.
