Job Title; Production Operatives

Salary; £12.71 per hour

Shift Pattern; Monday - Friday 6.00am - 2.00pm & 2.00pm - 10.00pm rotating weekly,

Location; Fleckney, Leicestershire

Our client is seeking Production Operatives to join their busy manufacturing facility based in the South of Leicestershire. This is an excellent opportunity to forge a career with an established company with the possibility of securing permanent work.

The Role;

* Assisting in the production of goods

* Quality checking goods to customer specification

* Finding and removing faults at fixed stages of production process

* Making sure production is accurate but still adhering to production targets

* Inspecting materials for defects

* Input into updating quality control polices

The Candidate;

* Willing to work a 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm on a rotating shift pattern

* A willingness to undertake further relevant training

* Keen eye for detail to keep up 100% customer satisfaction

* Good communication skills as working within a team
