Production Operative

We're Hiring! Production / FLT Operator Role Are you looking for a hands-on role in a growing production team? We have an excellent opportunity for a Production Operator, with the option to use a Forklift Truck (FLT) if qualified. Shift Details 7am - 4pm Mon to Friday £12.21 (not flt) £12.98 (flt) 3:45pm - 2:00am Monday to Thursday 25% shift allowance if on this Pay £12.21 - 12.98 Location Redditch Key Responsibilities * Operate production machinery safely and efficiently * Label, bottle, and package products accurately * Transport materials securely using a Forklift Truck (FLT) if qualified * Support various production tasks to ensure smooth operations * Adhere to all safety and quality standards * What We're Looking For * FLT licence is desirable but not essential * Previous production or manufacturing experience is advantageous * Strong team player with excellent attention to detail * Positive, proactive attitude If you're ready for a practical, hands-on role, whether or not you hold an FLT licence, we'd love to hear from you.
