Debox Operative Monday to Friday | 5am-1pm £13.33 per hour 5am-6am, £12.63 per hour 6am-1pm, rising to £13.84 per hour 5am-6am, £13.14 6am-1pm from 1 April. Key Duties Weighing out ingredients to ensure production requirements are met Recycling of all waste materials including packaging Complete paperwork to ensure full traceability. Regularly handle weights up to 25 kilogrammes. Assist in achieving daily targets and KPIs. Maintain a clean-as-you-go area and demonstrate GMP standards. Maintain high attention to detail and quality standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Previous experience working under food hygiene or HACCP regulations Experience in a food production environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to standards.
