We are excited to be recruiting for a production operative on behalf of our client based in Buckingham. This role is temp to perm, so after 12 weeks you will be taken on as a permanent member of staff!
As a production operative, your role will include:
* Working with hand tools such as nail guns
* Working with heavy tools
The hours of work for the production operative role will be:
* Monday to Friday
* 06:00–14:30
* Bonus available (capped at £100 per week) for exceeding daily targets
* Weekday overtime paid at £17.08 per hour
* Saturday overtime paid at £19.71 – £26.28 per hour
To be a successful production operative, you will:
* Have experience in the timber industry
* Have experience in manufacturing
* Be confident working with tools
* Be fit and healthy
* Be able to work on your feet all day
* Speak and understand English
