Production Operative Location: Woolston, Southampton Pay: £12.71 per hour Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off Days: 6am–6pm Nights: 6pm–6am (Rotating schedule) Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities – Production Operative Arrive for shift briefing and receive daily tasks and targets Set up or check equipment before production starts Load materials into machinery and monitor production flow Carry out basic quality checks throughout the shift Pack, assemble, or label products as required Keep the work area clean, tidy, and safe Communicate any issues to the team leader Take scheduled breaks Help with end‑of‑shift clean down and handover Perks £50 weekly attendance bonus Paid holiday entitlement Onsite canteen facilities Free onsite parking Please be aware you will be required to do both day and night shifts on a rotating schedule.
