Escape Recruitment is currently recruiting Production Operators for a busy manufacturing facility based in Eurocentral, Motherwell.
This is a hands-on, active role working within a fast-paced production environment. We're looking for reliable individuals who take pride in their work and have a strong eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating within a production environment
Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
Following work instructions and production procedures
Maintaining a clean and safe working area
Working as part of a team to achieve production targets
What We're Looking For:
Good attention to detail
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous production, manufacturing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
Reliability and punctuality

Competitive pay rate of £13.45 per hour
Day shift working pattern 7am start
