Temp to Perm role based in Barnstaple

Shift:
Monday to Friday 6.00 am to 2.00 pm
or
Monday to Thursday 1.55 pm to 11.55 pm

What is the role of a Production Operative?
You will be loading the machine with cardboard to go through the process in a fast-paced environment.

What are the responsibilities of a Production Operative?

Loading up the machine
Carrying out scheduled maintenance
Checking that the process is going well
Following the process compliant with H&S rules
What are the qualifications and experience required for a Production Operative?

Experience in a factory environment
Fast paced
Flexibility is essential
Attention to detail

£12.21 per hour paid weekly in arrears uplift to £12.71 as of 1st of April
3-day weekend every other week when on late shift
