Production Operative

Production Operative £12.71 – £14.20 per hour Telford We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a well-established manufacturing site based in Telford. These are long-term opportunities within a busy production environment, supporting the manufacture and assembly of products. Duties will include: · Operating machinery and production equipment · Assembling products to specification · Packing finished goods ready for dispatch · Carrying out basic quality checks · Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Working hours: · Rotating shifts: o 06:00 – 14:00 o 14:00 – 22:00 · Night shifts may be available: o 22:00 – 06:00 · Overtime available during busy periods Requirements: · Previous production or manufacturing experience desirable · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment · Good attention to detail · Reliable and able to work as part of a team · Willingness to learn and follow processes What’s on offer: · Long-term, ongoing work · Full training provided · Opportunities for overtime · On-site parking
