Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment? Our client, a well-established and respected name in the manufacturing industry, is currently looking to expand its team with reliable and hard-working Production Operatives.

Fixed shifts to fit a balanced work schedule:
*
Days Shift shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
*
Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
*
Ongoing training and support
*

Your Role:
As a Production Operative, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day manufacturing processes, ensuring high standards are met in quality, efficiency, and safety.
Main Duties:
*
Operating machinery and equipment on the production line
*
Packing flat pack furniture and doors to be dispatched to customers and fitters
*
Handling materials and components
*
Carrying out quality checks and reporting any issues
*
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
*
Following company health and safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For:
*
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential
*
Good attention to detail
*
Ability to work as part of a team
*
Strong work ethic and reliability
