Our Client is seeking Production Operatives to join their manufacturing team on an initial 6-week temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment, with the potential to secure a permanent position following the temporary assignment.
The successful candidates will support manufacturing operations, maintain quality standards, and help ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate production machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
* Monitor products throughout the manufacturing process.
* Carry out quality inspections and checks to ensure standards are met.
* Pack, label, and prepare finished products for dispatch.
* Work towards production targets while maintaining accuracy and quality.
* Follow all health and safety procedures and site guidelines.
* Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
* Support colleagues and assist with general production duties as required.
About You
* Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Reliable, motivated, and punctual.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Committed to safe working practices and high standards.
